Preamble

The anticipated start date for this project is October 1, 2007, and is anticipated to last nine (9) months or longer.

Scope of Work Summary

Under the direction of the Client Application Development Manager, the project Systems Analyst/Tester shall provide services to the Client to provide new functionality in the application as identified in the project requirements documents. The Systems Analyst/Tester will also perform maintenance and testing of current application modules and documentation, as needed, in order to resolve other system problems.

Experience

Contractor Required Skills (applicants must meet all of the Required Skills to be considered):

1. Formal System Requirement Specification writing experience.

2. Minimum of three (3) years experience with Adabas/Natural testing/quality assurance in a mainframe/CICS environment.

3. Minimum of two (2) years experience testing systems using Natural Construct.

4. Demonstrated experience with testing JCL scripts.

5. Understanding of Object Oriented Design principles and methodologies.

6. Formal testing experience (system and user acceptance).

7. Strong documentation and written communication skills.

8. Familiarity with full suite of Microsoft Office tools.

9. Ability to work with both business and technical staff in a team environment.

Contractor Desired Skills:

1. Familiarity with Client's applications.

2. Familiarity with Client’s Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology.

3. Familiarity with IEEE standard documentation.

4. Familiarity with large-scale systems.

5. Familiarity with ISO 9000.

6. Experience with Adabas/Natural programming in a mainframe/CICS environment.

7. Experience developing systems using Natural Construct.

8. Minimum of three (3) years experience with Project Management Methodology (PMBOK).

9. Minimum of two (2) years experience managing IT development.
