Under the direction of the BOE Application Development Manager, the ESEP Systems Analyst/Tester shall provide services to our client to provide new functionality in the Integrated Revenue Information System (IRIS) as identified in the applications requirements documents. The Systems Analyst/Tester will also perform maintenance and testing of current IRIS modules and documentation, as needed, in order to resolve other system problems.

Knowledge and Requirements:
1. Formal System Requirement Specification writing experience.
2. Experience with Adabas/Natural testing in a mainframe/CICS
environment.
3. Experience testing systems using Natural Construct.
4. Experience testing internet/web based applications.
5. Experience with testing JCL scripts.
6. Understanding of Object Oriented Design principles and
methodologies.
7. Formal testing experience (system and user acceptance).
8. Strong documentation and written communication skills.
9. Familiarity with full suite of Microsoft Office tools.
10. Ability to work with both business and technical staff in a team environment.
