The Corporate Technology Payroll Department is searching for experienced Systems Analysts/Developers to work in the development and support of payroll applications. Responsibilities for this role include: Helping to determine functional implementation strategies, suggesting alternative solutions and enhancements, aiding in the definition of user procedures and procedural workflows and providing production support for payroll online and batch processing.

Required Skill: At least 5 years, or equivalent, ADABAS/Natural Skills, (NAT3, strong TSO/JCL skills including Sort Utility, using GDGs, FTPs, and Fileaid Familiarity with CICS applications. Strong debugging skills - understanding of job streams and the Rerun-Restart process. Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills. In addition, the ability to execute with accuracy and focus on detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Critical thinking and ability to understand and discuss complex issues. The ability to multi-task and appropriately prioritize tasks. Need someone who is self-motivated.

Skills desired: COBOL programming (Batch & CICS), working knowledge of VSAM files, MQ Series processing (m/f to Distributed communication, software AG products, CM, Vista, DB2 and/or Sybase Financial industry knowledge; payroll or Human Resources knowledge.
