Hourly rate: $30-35 per hour on our W-2; $36-45 per hour on your personal Corp to Corp or 1099

We have a need for 6-8 very senior, very experienced Natural/ADABAS developers. Coding, testing, development, implementation, analysis, structured or detailed design and documentation skills required. Insurance and/or Financial Applications would be a major plus, but are not required. This project is with one of the country’s leading insurance corporations, located in Madison, WI.

Skillset desired:
 Strong Natural/ADABAS development experience Strong Initiative and Leadership experience Strong Cobol & DB2 development experience Application Support Strong Coding and Testing skills Strong JCL, TSO, SPUFI, ISPF,VSAM FileAid & Xpediter Excellent Communication Skills (both oral and written) Team Player Quick Learner/Self Starter Be able to work independently Strong understanding of the full software development process
