Programmer/Analyst - Dover, DE

Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for all phases of systems analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation of computer programs.
* Maintain existing mainframe applications
* Design and develop new software applications
* Provide excellent customer service
* Provide general application support

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
* The candidate must have real experience with the following technologies:

* NATURAL, PL/1, COBOL, Predict, JCL, SPF, Panvalet, CICS, ADABAS and VSAM
* The candidate must have experience with ADABAS or DB2 v 7/8.

Additional Qualifications:
The following additional technologies would be an added plus:
* HTML, CSS, JavaScript, J2EE, ASP.NET, C#, Web logic and .NET Framework 2/3.
* The candidate must have knowledge of the SQL programming languages.
* The candidate needs to have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
* The candidate must be customer service oriented.
* The candidate must submit a current resume and include three job references.
