Programmer/Analyst

Programmer/Analyst - Sacramento, CA

We are looking for 11 Senior Analyst Programmer with at least 5 years of Adabas and Natural experience for a 2 to 3 year project in Sacramento. InterSkills is a highly regarded staffing company with over 30 years experience in the IT industry. You will need to have experience in all phases of the software development life cycle to be considered.

For this position you will need to have:

• Minimum of 5 years experience with Adabas/Natural programming in a mainframe/CICS environment.
• Minimum of 2 years experience developing systems using Natural Construct.
• Demonstrated experience with JCL.
• Understanding of Object Oriented Design principles and methodologies.
• Formal testing experience.
• Strong testing, documentation and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with full suite of Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work with both business and technical staff in a team environment.

Ideally you should have the following skills:

• Familiarity with the BOE’s Integrated Revenue Information System (IRIS).
• Familiarity with BOE’s Application Life Cycle (ALC) methodology.
• Familiarity with IEEE standard documentation.
• Familiarity with large-scale taxation systems.
• Familiarity with large Government data center services
