Position Title: Analyst Programmer
Closing Date: May 14, 2009

Preamble

The anticipated start date for this contract is August 1, 2009. The term of the contract shall be twelve (12) months from the anticipated start date. Work will be done at the Client site.

Experience

The contractor must meet the following skills and experience:

- Minimum of three (3) years experience supporting the Client applications with outside interfaces to the Internet, outside vendors and printing plants.
- Minimum of ten (10) years experience in setting up and testing Job Control Language (JCL) processes.
- Minimum of ten (10) years experience programming in Natural/ADABAS programming language.
- Minimum of ten (10) years developing test plans, test scripts, and coordinating User Acceptance testing.
- Minimum of three (3) years experience of Cobol programming skills.
- Minimum of ten (10 years experience using the MVS IBM mainframe environment using tools such as ISPF, and File-Aid II.
- Minimum of five (5) years experience training others in one-on-one and classroom environments.
- Minimum of five (5) years experience working with clients to create business requirements, technical and/or design requirements.
- Minimum of five (5) years experience using MS Visio to create flowcharts for system documentation.
- Minimum of five (5) years experience analyzing Client requests and coming up with resolutions and alternatives.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of technical leadership, coordinating the efforts of a project team to develop, test, and implement the necessary programming

Scope of Work Summary

The Contractor must have knowledge, experience, expertise, and the abilities required to successfully provide system analysis, design, modification and maintenance of the applications, and all mission critical interfaces (data transfer) processes. The specific objectives of this contract are to:

- Perform systems analysis and system design tasks to modify the programs.
- Complete assigned requests for service from the various Client business customers.
- Job Requests from various business customers.
- Coordinate technical tasks for the project team. Act as the liaison between the client and technical staff.
- Perform a code walk-through with the technical team.
- Coordinate with the Production Support and DBA staff to migrate and implement code modifications.
- Apply Technical Requirements to new and existing codes.
- Create a detailed test plan with test scenarios containing expected results and final results for all stages of testing.
- Provide step-by-step procedures to follow that can be used as a checklist.
- Obtain client/user acceptance sign-off.
- Provide knowledge transfer and training to Client staff and business customers.
- Assignment administration.
- Assignment implementation.
