ADABAS / Natural HR Programmer Analyst Date: 8-9-2010 Skills: Experience with human resource systems. ADABAS / Natural Description: ADABAS / Natural Programmer Analyst Local preferred but not required. In-person interview preferred but not required. Direct preferred vendor client. Client is looking for a contractor to join their team to support the HRIMS system in ADABAS / Natural. The HRIMS system is a homegrown system and will eventually be phased out. In the meantime the client needs to continue to support the HRIMS legacy system. Work should continue for the next 12 months. The contractor needs to be able to come in and hit the ground running, so needs to have very solid ADABAS / Natural skills. Also needs to have experience with human resource systems, knowing things such as PTO, benefits, etc. The contractor needs to be a solid analyst, and needs to be able work very well both with internal as well as external constituents....excellent communication skills and people skills.
